Delivery Information

Our orders dispatch every morning (once a day) apart from on Sundays as such orders placed on a Saturday do not dispatch until Monday morning. 

Orders placed late Friday (evenings) may not make it on to Saturday mornings dispatch, especially during busy periods as such these will carry over to Monday mornings dispatch. 

Orders placed on Sunday evenings will not be generated until Monday and will dispatch Tuesday morning. 

Please note all of the above is our aim and not a guarantee. If you are in need of your order swiftly, it is worth contacting us to ask when the order will dispatch before you place your order,  you can then decide whether to proceed with placing an order and save disappointment.  

In general we aim to dispatch orders within 24 to 48hrs after your order is placed; this dispatch timing is also very dependent on the time of day you place your order.  

All orders have fully tracked delivery with text and email notifications.  You will need to provide your mobile number to receive text notifications.  

There is free tracked delivery for orders over £30.00.  The postage fee will automatically deduct when your sample total exceeds the £30.00 threshold. Please note the £30 threshold must not include the postage, i.e. if your order is £28.00 and postage is £3.50 the free delivery will not activate, only the basket contents attribute to the threshold value. 

It is not possible for us to ship outside of the UK at this moment in time.  If you place an order and you are not a UK resident, the order will be canceled and refunded; there is a risk that you will also incur a payment gateway fee, which will be non refundable.
