Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 to 48hrs from the time an order is placed; this dispatch timing is also very dependent on the time of day you place your order.

As there is no collection on Sundays, orders placed on Saturday, do not dispatch until Monday. Orders placed late on a Friday, may also carry over to Monday's dispatch.  

If you are needing your order promptly we would always advise emailing and asking for an estimated dispatch time to save disappointment.  As all orders are custom created and no two orders are the same, creating individual orders can be a lengthy process as such we do not offer a 'next day' delivery service as this will slow progress on those orders already in the queue. 

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched and on its way to you.

All orders have fully tracked delivery with text and email notifications.  You will need to provide your mobile number to receive text notifications.  

There is free tracked delivery for orders over £30.00.  The postage fee will automatically deduct when your sample total exceeds the £30.00 threshold. Please note the £30 threshold must not include the postage, i.e. if your order is £28.00 and postage is £3.50 the free delivery will not activate, only the basket contents attribute to the threshold value. 

It is not possible for us to ship outside of the UK at this moment in time.  If you place an order and you are not a UK resident, the order will be canceled and refunded; there is a risk that you will also incur a payment gateway fee, which will be non refundable.
