Do you sell Full Bottles ? 

No, we only sell samples sizes at this moment in time

Can you provide a travel atomiser size not shown?

It is possible that we do have other size options available.  We are presently looking into 10ml atomisers and have a few 10ml atomisers that can be requested, just send an email if this is of interest.

Are your fragrances genuine?

Well, we don't actually get asked this question frequently but we feel it needs noting, that all are fragrances are absolutely genuine.  We love all things fragrance here just as much as our customers and we would not risk selling anything less, no dupes and we certainly don't care for smell-alike scents, after all, where is the fun in that. Our aim is to flourish and we will do nothing to jeopardise that. 

How long will my delivery take? 

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible as we know how exciting it is to try new fragrances.   Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours from the time of the order being placed, however no orders are dispatched/collected on Sundays as such Saturday orders will dispatch on the Monday.  

Once your order is collected by Royal Mail, a tracking hyperlink will be sent to your email, timings on these emails vary and are dependent on Royal Mail systems.  The tracking will initially advise that Royal Mail are expecting your package, however this means that the Birmingham central hub are expecting your order and your package has begun its journey and has left our premises.  

Providing your mobile number when placing your order allows tracking updates to be sent by text too. 

I received the wrong item?

In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item, please contact us via the contact page or on the email info@smallaromas.co.uk providing us with your name, address and order number and we will look to swiftly rectify the problem.

Can I return my order if I change my mind? 

Yes, you can return your order if you change your mind after making your purchase and it is too late to cancel. The order must however remain unopened and still be in all of the original packaging, intact with no breaks to the seals.  Packages that are opened are considered to have been used / tried and will not be eligible for return.  Returned orders will be refunded less the delivery (if applicable) and less a 15% restocking fee (15% of the returned order total).
